MY RECIPES
(Some HOT Some NOT)

I am a Big fan of Chef Paul Prudhomme. I began using his cookbook
"Chef Paul Prudhomme's Louisiana Kitchen" back in 1985, and have been hooked on Cajun and Creole cooking ever since. When I have the time to spend in the kitchen I will follow his recipes pretty much to the letter because the flavors are unparalleled and no shortcuts can match them.
With our busy schedule that may happen once every couple of
months, so in between I try to add as much flavor to an ever growing list of quick home recipes that help curb my flavor cravings. Not all of these recipes are Cajun or Creole, some are just good any ways!

I will continue to add to these as I find or come up with new ones. Please try them if you like a little adventure with your meals
(even my kids are starting to like some of them)
